The Rules of Women's Gaelic Football!

The Rules Of Women's Gaelic Football!

The Ladies Gaelic Football Association was founded in 1974.This is the line out for Gaelic.

At midfield the referee throws up the ball. One of the midfielders catches it and runs towards the opposite goal. When running you have to take 4 steps and bounce it off the ground like you do in basketball(do this once) then take another 4 steps and solo it (which is kicking the football off your foot and back into your hands) To pass the ball you can kick pass it out of your hands or you can hand pass it (you hold the ball in one hand and use your wrist) You can go for a point(which is kicking the ball over the bar) or you can go for a goal which is worth (3 points).Your backs are defending your goals and your forwards are attacking to get a goal/point.
